In 2005, Kelly made the leap and founded Kelly Hayes Wedding Design in Italy, blending her UK-based event expertise with the warmth, beauty, and charm of her adopted home. Since then, she has helped couples from all over the world plan authentic, stylish, and deeply personal weddings across Tuscany, Umbria, Sicily, and beyond.
